Exchanges:
Exchanges will be made only for size differences when necessary within the same style. Any size exchange must be requested within 48 hours of receipt of order. A Return Authorization Number (R.A.#) is required for all returned items. All shipping charges are the customers' responsibility and are non-refundable. Please consult the size chart for more information about our sizes.
Returns:
Our products are NON-REFUNDABLE IF WORN. Returns for any reason other than an error by Small but Splendid will be charged a 10% restocking fee plus the original shipping charges. We do our best to show accurate pictures of our items. When placing an order be sure to verify the style number as well as the size so you are positive your order is exactly what you want. Please consult the size chart for size needed. A Return Authorization Number (R.A.#) is required for all returned items. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to request a R.A.# and get specific directions for your return. Return shipping charges are the customers' responsibility.
